As a Pre-school we pride ourselves on upholding our reputation and the quality of our care and education. We therefore place great importance on staff-training and providing a staff team who are not only kind and caring, but also knowledgeable about the developmental and educational needs of pre-school children, We have a dedicated and talented team of highly-qualified practitioners, each with a special area of interest across the early years spectrum of care and education. We feel that this gives us a unique opportunity to provide the best possible care and support for children and their families. All of our staff are qualified First-Aiders. All staff regularly attend in-service training provided by the Shropshire County Council Education Department and courses provided by the Pre-school Learning Alliance in addition to following their own personal courses of study alongside in-house training. We will keep you updated with this on the newsletters. If you wish to look at staff training files they are located under the stairs on the top shelf in the foyer. Staff are happy for you to view their achievement certificates.
